I am a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor based in Nottingham who wants to improve your health and fitness. I have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry teaching a variety of fitness classes as well as offering Personal Training services for those who want a more tailored approach to their workouts.
I have always exercised throughout my life whether it was for a competitive sport, event or too maintain my fitness levels to stay healthy. I have a busy family life looking after 3 young children and I attempt to build exercise into my everyday life and I want to work with you so that exercise becomes part of your everyday routine.

I started to have weekly personal training sessions with Nat in the autumn of 2019. At the time I was trialling for the Great Britain Masters (over 40's) Ball Hockey team, due to play in the World Championships in Czech Republic during June 2020. I was ultimately successful in making the squad.Initially focussing heavily on my core strength, and then progressing to general strength and energy levels. When Covid-19 struck, the championships were postponed for one year and I moved to really effective Zoom workouts with Nat during lockdown.Aside from the weekly sessions with Nat, she also advised on the additional work I needed during the week. i found this was a huge benefit, particularly during periods of lockdown, where a regular routine was very positive for my mental well-being.While I didn't have any targets outside of improved strength and fitness, I have also lost half a stone in weight and dropped a waist size.I can't recommend Nat enough. For me the level of encouragement, advice and challenge has been perfect, and i now can't imagine allowing the improvements I've realised slipping back.

I have been going to Nat since January 2020, I have joined gyms and had personal trainers in the past but I have never stuck at these for long, with Nat at NJoy Health it’s totally different, I started off with one HIIT class a week but I now do 4 classes a week including a core class and circuit training & now I actually look forward to the classes, she is highly motivating and professional & very warm and friendly. I have also lost over 2 stone and dropped 2 dress sizes and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend NJoy Health for a happier, healthier lifestyle.

Nat has changed my life. I met Nat when I joined her yoga class about 4 years ago. I found her teaching motivational yet down to earth and enjoyable. This inspired me to go forward and ask for PT, I wanted to improve my well being and try to reduce stress, initially toning was my goal but this led to more weight training and building muscle and becoming more defined. Without Nat I wouldn't be achieving my goals and as a woman of 54 I can only thank her for her perseverance and patience with me, and now I can do 8 full pull ups which I would not ever have believed I could ever have acheived!!
